Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, site visits, and networking
Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Negotiate deals and support clients through the closing process
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a persuasive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
